Delivery, clearly explained.

General furniture production time is 3–4 weeks. Production time is separate from delivery or transit time; timing for your order is confirmed with MOKKO.

Local furniture delivery is CAD $69 flat rate, including installation, for addresses within 25 km of our workshop at Unit 1, 11460 Voyageur Way, Richmond, BC V6X 3E1.

For delivery addresses outside 25 km, contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. We confirm the delivery charge and total with you before you pay.

Online furniture checkout is for eligible local delivery or workshop pickup. Outside-area delivery requires an agreed quote before payment; it is not free shipping.

Send the product, size, quantity and full delivery address, including postal code. We will confirm delivery availability and the complete quote, then arrange payment after you accept it.

The local furniture delivery and installation rate does not apply to MOKKO Little Things.

Canada: Standard shipping is CAD $12, with free Standard shipping on eligible orders of CAD $75 or more. Express shipping is CAD $20. Available methods, eligibility and final charges are confirmed at checkout before payment.

United States: for products eligible for US delivery, Standard shipping is CAD $20, with free Standard shipping on eligible orders of CAD $100 or more. Not every product is available for US delivery; eligibility and final charges are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Preparation or production time is separate from transit time. Express shipping does not shorten the preparation or production time stated on the product page. Camera grips and hot shoe covers are made-to-order preorders and dispatch in 2 weeks; transit time is additional. For other accessories, see the selected product’s description.

Canadian shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds do not apply to destinations outside Canada.

Contact mokkowoodstudio@gmail.com immediately with your order details. A size, finish or specification change is only confirmed after MOKKO reviews its effect on material, price and production timing.

A cancellation request is not guaranteed once material purchasing or production has begun. Work already completed, custom-ordered material and other committed costs may be non-refundable. We will confirm the outcome in writing.
