Privacy, explained plainly.

When you contact us, request a quote, create an account or place an order, we may receive your name, contact details, delivery information, project details and order history.

If you arrive from an advertisement, we may retain approved campaign parameters, the landing page and a Meta click identifier for the browser session (up to 24 hours), then attach them to your saved enquiry so we can understand which advertisement produced a genuine customer request.

Payments and customer accounts are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. MOKKO does not store complete card numbers on this website.

We use this information to respond, prepare quotes, complete and support orders, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, improve the website and meet legal or accounting requirements.

If you submit a review, we store the product, your chosen display name, star rating, comment, photographs and submission date. Your name is optional; leaving it blank displays “Anonymous customer”. Reviews are checked before publication. Approved reviews, including their photographs and display names, are public.

Photographs are resized for the website and location metadata is removed. Please avoid including faces, addresses, documents or other personal details you do not want to publish. We also use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam. To request a correction or removal, contact us with your review reference.

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and the Pinterest tag to understand page visits, product and configurator interactions, saved enquiries and campaign performance. These services may process browser, device and page information under their own privacy terms.

Our event data does not intentionally include your name, email address, postal code, project notes, saved configuration data, enquiry reference number or payment details.

Information is shared only as needed with services that support our store, including Shopify, delivery providers, Google Analytics, Meta and Pinterest. Their own privacy terms also apply.

To request access, correction or deletion of information held directly by MOKKO, email mokkowoodstudio@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax or warranty purposes.
