Clear terms for made-to-order work.

Wood grain, knots and colour vary naturally. Photographs, digital previews and samples are useful references, but each finished piece will be unique. Dimensions and specifications confirmed in writing form part of the order.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. See our furniture delivery and installation terms for the CAD $69 local rate and outside-area quotes. Outside the local area, contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. The delivery charge and total must be agreed before payment. An order is accepted when payment or an agreed deposit is received and MOKKO confirms production.

Production dates are estimates because every piece is made to order. We will communicate material or scheduling changes. Delivery access, site readiness and accurate contact details remain the customer’s responsibility.

Made-to-order furniture cannot be returned for change of mind. Damage, defects and statutory consumer rights are handled separately and are not excluded by this term. See our Returns / Refund Policy, Shipping / Delivery Policy and one-year craftsmanship warranty for details.
