What is covered

MOKKO furniture is covered against structural defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

How we resolve an issue

We will review the furniture, photographs and order information. When a claim is covered, MOKKO will determine an appropriate repair or replacement based on the nature of the issue and the practical availability of materials.

What is not a defect

Natural grain, knots and colour variation are part of real wood. Seasonal movement, gradual colour change, normal wear, dents, scratches and changes caused by light or indoor humidity are not manufacturing defects.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly or care, unsuitable humidity or moisture, modifications, commercial use unless agreed in writing, or damage caused after delivery while the furniture is being moved or stored.
