Your trade enquiry details.

When you request the Mokko Woodwork trade guide, we collect your company name, contact name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.

How we use them

We use your details to provide access to the guide and respond to your business enquiry. We also record which email version led to a request and whether our server served the PDF. A served file does not tell us whether you read it.

Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not verify ownership of the email address through this form.

Where they are kept

Enquiry details are stored in our website database and copied into our Airtable contact records for follow-up. These hosting and record-management services process data on our behalf. Your contact details are not shown to other website visitors.

Download links expire after seven days. Anyone you share a valid link with can use it during that time, and downloaded copies can be shared. Avoid forwarding the link if you want to keep access to yourself.
